This Privacy Policy describes how Egg Drop (the "app"), released by OCHO SP Z O O, processes information. It is applicable solely to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Egg Drop neither gathers, stores nor transmits personal data to OCHO SP Z O O or to any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts. It includes no analytics modules and no external crash‑reporting services.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not make use of the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID). It contains no advertising SDKs and no third‑party tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, exchange, or otherwise share personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature demands them, and any information involved is processed locally on your device.

All data saved by the app remains on your device, never leaves it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data through Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed any third‑party services. Google Play and Android operate under their respective privacy policies.
Children's privacy

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Since the app does not collect data, erasing it simply requires uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable period, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you contact us by email, we use the content of your message solely to provide a reply.
Security
Your information stays on your device and is protected by Android's security mechanisms. No system is entirely secure; therefore we keep the app minimal and avoid collecting unnecessary data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
